We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa are the preferred method of payment, but net 30 terms are available for Fortune 500 companies on all orders. Net 30 terms are also available to publicly traded companies on the New York Stock Exchange for orders over $1000 (subject to credit approval). All orders with net 30 terms must be placed on a corporate PO. Corporate POs can be faxed to 714-312-5532. All other companies must pay by credit card or wire transfer.
All orders can be paid for with a wire transfer (some international orders MUST be paid for with a wire transfer, contact us for more information +1 714-312-5531. Choose "Wire Transfer" as your payment method at check out and instructions on how to make the wire transfer will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours. Your order will then be shipped once the transfer of funds is confirmed. Orders under $1000 are subject to a $20 wire transfer fee. Orders over $1000 paid for with a wire transfer receive a 5% discount. Orders over $5000 paid for with a wire transfer receive a 10% discount.

Orange Coast Pneumatics - Shipping Policy
99% of our orders ship complete within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, with the exception of any item that states otherwise. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on the following Monday.
All "Air" orders placed prior to 10:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day. Any order placed after 10:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday. *Please note that our pick-ups for delivery are Mon-Fri only.
Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address.
If your shipping address is different than your billing address then there may be a delay in your order for verification purposes. You can expedite this process by making sure your shipping address is on file with your credit card company.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.
All returns or exchanges must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging.
