90-AFF
Main line filter series 90-AFF is mounted to main piping to remove impurities like oil, water and foreign matter in compressed air. 90-AFF is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. No screw threads or tie rods are required; therefore, removal and replacement of the element is made quick and easy. Series AFF improves the function of downward dryers, extends the life of precision filters and prevents trouble with equipment.
90-AM
Mist Separator series 90-AM can separate and remove oil mist in compressed air, which is difficult to remove by ordinary air filters and removes solid particles such as rust or carbon of more than 0.3 micron. 90-AFF is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. It is the most suitable for air sources that drive pilot, metal seal solenoid valves.
90-AMD
Micro mist separator series 90-AMD can separate and remove aerosol state oil mist in compressed air and remove carbon or dust of more than 0.01um. It should be used as prefilter for compressed air in precision instruments or for clean room requirements. 90-AMD is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing.
90-IDG
Membrane air dryer series 90-IDG is available in a single unit or combination unit style. 90-IDG is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing.
90-SFD
SFD series clean air filters are available as cartridge type or disposable type models. The filtration level is 0.01 micron (filtering efficiency of 99.99%) on units with membrane elements. The SFB20, with a sintered metallic element, has a nominal filtration of 120 micron. The SF series can be used under different environments with chemical resistant and heat resistant materials (refer to catalog specifications for each series).
90-AMP
Exhaust cleaner, series 90-AMP, can be used inside a clean room. 90-AMP is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. Depending on operating conditions, exhaust air cleanliness may be equivalent to Class 100. Since exhaust air from pneumatic equipment can be released directly into a clean room, piping to ducts is unnecessary thereby reducing piping labor costs and increasing space savings.
90-AF
Air Filter series AF is a modular style air filter which is cost effective, clean looking solution to your filtration needs. Its' modular design allows connection with other SMC air preparation equipment. 90-AF is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. The series is available in six size options with a wide range of accessories.
90-AFM
Series 90-AFM Modular Style Mist Separator is a cost effective, clean looking solution to your filtration needs. The standard filtration is 0.3µm with a 95% particle size collection rate. The modular design allows connection with other SMC air preparation equipment. 90-AFM is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. Use in combination with the AF series to meet your clean room filtration requirements.
90-AFD
Micro mist separator series 90-AFD is available in 2 sizes. Port sizes range from 1/4 to 3/4. 90-AFD is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. Accessories include bracket, float type auto drain, and differential pressure type auto drain.
90-AR
Regulator series 90-AR offer various pressure range settings to accommodate most applications. 90-AR is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. The modular design of the 90-AR series connects with other SMC air preparation equipment.
90-AW
Filter/Regulator combination minimizes space and piping by integrating the 2 units into one. Standard features include a relieving regulator, which can be quickly locked by pushing down on the adjustment knob. There are many options, which include gauges, auto-drain, metal bowl and covers, different set pressures, etc. 90-AW is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing.
90-IR
Precision Regulator series 90-IR are designed to be compact and light weight. 90-IR is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. The maximum set pressure has been expanded from the conventional 0.7MPa to 0.8MPa. The optional bracket and pressure gauge can be mounted on either the front or back of the unit.
90-ITV
Electro-pneumatic regulator and electronic vacuum regulator series 90-ITV control air/vacuum pressure steplessly in proportion to an electric signal. They are light weight in design with a bright and easy to read LED display. 90-ITV is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing.
