Series HEB thermoelectric bath accurately controls the temperature of liquid in the bath.? Shift quickly from heating to cooling by changing the direction of the current supplied to the Peltier element (thermo-module/thermoelectric device), allowing temperature to be controlled very precisely.? Possible applications include: evaporation of chemical for MOCVD, temperature control of diffusion gas, thermal test with immersion, temperature control of samples, materials and parts, and indirect temperature control of chemicals and liquids with high viscosity.? The HEB is available with facility water inlet and outlets of 1/4Rc or 1/4NPT.
