Shipping & Returns
Currently we are unable to ship same day; all stock items if possible will be shipped the next work day.
90% of all non-stock parts are available in 7-10 days if ordered UPS Red!
99% of our orders ship complete within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, with the exception of any item that states otherwise. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on the following Monday.
All "Air" orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. EST will usually ship that same day. Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday. *Please note that our pick-ups for delivery are Mon-Fri only.
Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address.
If your shipping address is different than your billing address then there may be a delay in your order for verification purposes. You can expedite this process by making sure your shipping address is on file with your credit card company.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.
All returns or exchanges must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging.
Partial-Shipping option is subject to extra shipping charges. Charges may vary depending upon partial shipping amount and shipping method chosen. Contact us for details.
International orders must be shipped on your own shipping account. Some international orders will require a wire transfer.

When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This amount due is the duties and/or customs brokerage fee...this is not a shipping charge. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges.
All orders can be paid for with a wire transfer (some international orders MUST be paid for with a wire transfer, contact us for more information +1 714-312-5531. Choose "Wire Transfer" as your payment method at check out and instructions on how to make the wire transfer will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours. Your order will then be shipped once the transfer of funds is confirmed.
American Express, MasterCard, and Visa are the preferred method of payment, but net 30 terms are available for Fortune 500 companies on all orders. Net 30 terms are also available to publicly traded companies on the New York Stock Exchange for orders over $1000 (subject to credit approval). All orders with net 30 terms must be placed on a corporate PO. Corporate POs can be faxed to us at 714-312-5534. All other companies must pay by credit card or wire transfer.
If you find a lower price on the identical brand and model of an item from a competitor, we will gladly match it. The item must be a verifiable price. Price comparisons will only be considered from US based retailers authorized to sell the products and is in US currency. Price matching can only be done before an order is placed. We are unable to offer a low price guarantee on one of a kind or other limited quantity offers, or when a bonus or free offer is included in the purchase, or when a price has been unlawfully advertised, or when a price has been advertised lower than allowed by a manufacturer.
Returns and/or Exchanges:
As a National Elite Distributor for the SMC Corporation of America, we are pleased to offer and accept returns of any SMC products purchased from our site that are listed as an SMC Policy Items. Returns are limited to those items which have been purchased within 30 calendar days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns for Non-Policy Items. You may check the specific part number below to determine which items are eligible for return.
If your item is eligible for return, you will be credited 75% of the original purchase price, not including any shipping costs. Please contact your sales professional to request an RMA (Return Materials Request) as only returns bearing an RMA will be received. All items must be in new saleable condition in the original SMC packaging. Credits will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
