SMC HED007-HW19 thermo con unit, THERMO CONTROLLER FOR CHEMICAL

HED series chemical thermo-con was designed with 3 different cooling capacities that directly control acid or alkali temperature.  The model directly control chemicals due to implementation of a heat exchanger whose fluid wetted parts are wholly made from fluropolyme.  The model is compact, however, it has a large cooling capacity because the heat exchanger is matched to the shape of a uniquely designed Peltier element (thermo-module).

• Operating temperature range: 10° C to 60° C
• Temperature stability: ±0.1° C
• Cooling capacity (with water): 300 w, 500 w, 750 w
• PFA wetted material prevents contamination from metal ion elution
• Type of circulating fluids: Pure water, Hydrofluoric acid, Ammonia hydrogen peroxide solution, etc.
