This product line consists of two primary types of linear actuators that are similar to standard pneumatic cylinders but with the superior control of electric motors. The LEY Series offers high-precision positioning and repeatability and is well suited for applications requiring straight-line pushing, pulling, lifting, or pressing. It can be mounted in multiple orientations and is often used where high force or speed is needed without the maintenance of an air system. The LEYG Series is designed for applications where lateral loads or rotational forces are present. It is ideal for pick and place operations or any task where the load isn't perfectly centered.

IP65 IP67 Protection Class

The LEY series actuators are modified for harsh environments through improved ingress protection. The X5 (IP65) and X7/X8 (IP67) options provide dust-proof and water-jet-proof capabilities by utilizing sealed aluminum motor covers, water-tight cable connectors, and specialized rod scrapers with lubrication retainers. These models also feature body vent holes to balance internal pressure, preventing contaminants from being drawn into the mechanism, which ensures reliable operation in wash-down or high-dust industrial settings.

LEPY Miniature Rod

LEPY miniature rod-type electric actuators feature an ultra-compact form factor small enough to fit in the palm of a hand, making it ideal for precision applications in tight spaces. Available in two body sizes (6 and 10), it utilizes a 24VDC step motor to deliver a maximum work load of 2 kg or a pushing force of up to 50N, with stroke options ranging from 25mm to 75mm. The series offers high flexibility with four selectable motor cable entry directions and multiple mounting configurations, including side, bottom, and axial tapped options.

LEY Rod Type Electric Actuator

The LEY rod-type actuators mimic the form of pneumatic cylinders while providing the precise control of electric motion. They are suitable for a wide variety of applications including pushing, pulling, lifting, and pressing, with stroke ranges up to 500mm and horizontal work loads up to 100 kg. High-performance variants like the LE2Y and LEY*F feature improved speeds and acceleration, often incorporating battery-less absolute encoders that allow the system to maintain positional awareness even after power loss.

LEY/LE2Y Guided Rod

The LEYG and LE2Y electric actuators integrate a rod-type drive with a bolt-on bearing block and double guide rods. These guide rods are designed to absorb rotational forces and resist heavy lateral loads, protecting the motor and drive mechanism from damage. Available with either slide or ball bushing bearings, these actuators offer high rigidity and precision, making them ideal for tasks that involve offset loads, such as lifting or pushing large objects on conveyors.

Piston Rod Ball Joint

The Piston Rod Ball Joint features a specialized line of spherical rod ends designed to simplify the design and assembly of oscillating mechanisms. These joints are available in a wide range of metric thread sizes, from M4 to M42, and offer an allowable inclination angle of up to 19 degrees. By providing smooth rotation and automatic centering, these ball joints effectively compensate for misalignment between the cylinder and the load, reducing friction and wear on the actuator.
