Its primary purpose is to provide additional structural support and load-bearing capacity for wide or heavy workpieces that are being moved by a primary driving actuator. By matching the height and mounting specifications of the active sliders, the LEFG-X117 helps prevent deflection and ensures smooth, synchronized movement across wide spans in automated machinery.

LEFG, Support Guide, Ball Screw/Belt Drive

The LEFG is a non motorized support guide that shares the same body dimensions and mounting patterns as the LEFS and LEFB electric actuators. It's designed to support overhanging workpieces or to act as a secondary rail in multi axis systems, ensuring that the load is distributed evenly without requiring a second powered motor. It features the same protective seal band as the driven sliders to prevent contamination and maintain a clean operating environment.

Table Spacer for LEFG

When pairing it with certain LEFS actuator configurations, the Table Spacer is a critical accessory for the LEFG support guide. Because the table height of the LEFG support guide is 3mm lower than that of the LEFS, this spacer is used to level the load mounting surfaces. It's most often required when using size 32 units or when the driving actuator features a parallel mounted motor, ensuring a perfectly flat platform for the workpiece.
