Air Grippers are used for general pick and place application. The series include two, three and four finger parallel styles that are ideal for gripping and centering; a wide opening parallel model, designed to accommodate many different sized parts; a heavy duty style, suitable for a wide range of applications; an angular model, speed adjustment built in; a toggle to give reliable gripping support; a low-contamination style, equipped with a protective boot.
Air Gripper series 90-MHZJ2 series is a standard type parallel air gripper that includes a dust cover. A linear guide provides high rigidity and high accuracy. 90-MHZJ2 is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. High degree of mounting precision is achieved and mounting repeatability is improved.
Air Gripper series 90-MHL and 91-MHL are designed for applications that require a wide travel range of gripper fingers. 90-MHL is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. 91-MHL includes a "Lub-retainer" and is compatible with low dew point (40°C) applications. The MHL is ideal for gripping many different sized parts. Finger motion is synchronized by a rack-and-pinion mechanism. The double piston construction creates a compact gripper with large holding force.
Air Gripper series 90-MHS3 utilizes a wedge cam design to minimize their size yet retains a high holding force. 90-MHS3 is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. The small size of the units makes them well suited for end-of-arm or space constrained pick-and-place applications. The three-finger design of the 90-MHS3 makes it ideal for gripping round objects and loading or unloading items from the chuck of a machine tool.
Air Gripper series 90-MHS4 utilizes a wedge cam design to minimize their size yet retains a high holding force. 90-MHS4 is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. The small size of the units makes them well suited for end-of-arm or space constrained pick-and-place applications.
