The MXQ is the newest generation of precision slide tables integrated with hardened stainless steel guides and rails to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals. The MXS is a precision slide table integrated with guides and rails combined with cross roller bearings to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals.
The MXH narrow width precision slide table incorporates recirculating bearings to its new linear guide system to increase rigidity by expanding the width where the load bearings come in contact with the linear guide. The new linear guide system also increases allowable pitch moment by 170%, yaw moment by 210% and roll moment by 240% as well as reduces its weight by as much as 19% from the previous model. Its narrow width footprint allows for multiple units to be mounted adjacently for applications with tight space constraints.
The MXW & MXY are long stroke precision slide tables that provide constant rigidity throughout the entire stroke (up to 300mm MXW, 400mm MXY) for smooth operation without vibration.
The MXF low profile precision slide table positions its cross roller bearing linear guide system adjacent to the cylinder to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the piston rod and seals. Dowel pin holes on the bottom surface and body through-holes from the top surface allow for precise and repeatable mounting.
The high precision slide tables have parallelism of 0.005 mm or better for all its bore sizes. Its actuator body and guide block are made from Martensitic stainless steel for high rigidity and integrated to guide rails for isolating the load bearing from the movement of the piston rod and seals.
The MXZ incorporates a compact cylinder with a linear guide. The MXZ has a very short overall length compared to other SMC guided actuators yet does not sacrifice anti-deflection capabilities.
The MXJ miniature precision slide table provides travelling parallelism of 0.005 mm in a compact package, height: 10 mm and width: 20mm for the 4 mm bore size. Its actuator body and guide block are made from Martensitic stainless steel for high rigidity and integrated to guide rails for isolating the load bearing from the movement of the piston rod and seals. The ports and switch grooves can be specified on either the right or left-side of the body, in a symmetrical location in order to minimize side clearance for adjacent mounting applications.
